Cancellations can only be done over the phone within 4 hours of purchase to avoid the 25% cancellation/restocking fee. If you item has already been marked as "shipped" or marked as "waiting on shipment" at ANY time after you placed the order, you will have to pay the restocking/cancellation fee of 25%.

Any damage to a part must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any reported damage after this period will be subject to manufacturer's warrany approval only. In this case part must be returned to manufacturer at your own cost and no replacement will be sent out until warranty has been approved. Most items ship within 1-2 business days, depending on stock. Do not assume your part will ship within this time frame if you need it urgently. Please feel free to call us if you have not received a shipping status update within 2 business days or would like to request/pay for RUSH. We stock our parts at several warehouses throughout the country, so often stock in transfered to the closest warehouse to you first to save on shipping costs.

SAME DAY SHIPMENTS are only arranged by phone and on WEEKDAYS only - additional charges may apply in certain areas. Orders placed online ship from designated warehouses, and special arrangements cannot be promised to rush these unless ordered and paid for by phone. SAME DAY Delivery requests placed/estimated over weekends cannot be guaranteed until the following MONDAY.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
